Animatronics and Robots
Probably one of the most complicated areas of special effects, but most rewarding, is animatronics. To take an idea from scratch and turn a piece of engineering into a house hold name gives a real sense of achievement. It also requires a highly skilled and dedicated team, coupled with inventiveness and experience. Having designed and built the House robots for the highly successful and popular Robot Wars. We have since then built robots for corporate shows, films and TV series giving us a massive amount of experience in Radio control. This Experience has allowed us to develop a safe and reliable system for radio controlled vehicles for arena shows and theatre like the Noddy Show.
